ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) has submitted an Addendum to the planning application for the proposed Dersalloch Windfarm.
The supplementary information updates existing environmental information and clarifies route for windfarm associated vehicles.
A Section 36 application for the 69 megawatt (MW) project was initially submitted in 2005.
SPR’s development team are now working with stakeholders to progress the proposal and are hopefully of a determination on the project later this year.
John Alexander, Project Director for ScottishPower Renewables said:
“We’ve been working on Dersalloch for some time now and it is good to see the project progressing.
“This is a very strong proposal which has received considerable support from stakeholders and we are hopeful for a positive determination from the Scottish Government before the end of the year.”
